- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by DialBridge AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
9. Third-Party Services

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DialBridge AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement:
- With 30 days written notice
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- Immediately for non-payment (by DialBridge AI)
Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and you must pay any outstanding fees.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
